Given the evolving situation with the Coronavirus, Covid 19, it is for the time being necessary to cease face-to-face counselling and therapy with clients. Sessions are now being conducted either using online platforms such as Zoom and WhatsApp, or by phone. This seems to be working well and it is great to be able to continue to provide support for clients during these challenging times.
In response to the current crisis I have also decided to offer a limited number of FREE online or phone sessions for those working in the NHS and healthcare sector in Southend for the duration of the crisis.
